I went to th dr 4 weeks ago and was treated with a shot and 1 gram of z pax for ghonerea and Clamidya. Problems persist. I went back to another dr 11 days ago and was given another shot, 2 grams of z pax and metrolozidime. I still have burning urination and discomfort. When will this go away

So I've slept with 1 person through the process of my treatment unprotected and I've slept with them a couple of times and now they have it so does that mean I can catch it again after giving it to them then having unprotected sex a couple of days after?
