Hrd crust on Clitoris hood.....is this female Smegma or Herpes?

Hi,Just today, when I pull back my clitoris hood I have found a sort of hard white thing stuck on it, it wont come off. Sort of like a white scab or crust. Please can someone advise as to what it could possibly be.  Many thanks
