Sex while on treatment for Chlamydia

I had sex a day after my treatment of chlamydia. My doctors told me to wait 3 weeks but obviously I didn't. I did use a condom, but I'm afraid that my treatment isn't going to work. I'm on azithromycin. Is there a chance I still got it?
