i definatley know i have chlamydia, how long will it take for me to get treatment. i slept with this guy and i now know he has it and i have all the symptoms. will i have to have a test and wait for the results even thought i defintaley know i have it or could i get treatment straight away?

Large red bumps on thigh and butt area.

I have latley discovered red, scabby bumps on my thighs and butt. When scab comes off there is clear, odorless discharge/liquid. They are very sore to the touch. My boyfriend has had them for years and he thinks that they are ingrown hairs. Could it be an STD?
