After being treated for chlamydia twice, would I still have this disease.

I had taken the one dose to get rid of chlamydia, and I had taken pills twice a day for 7 days as well. It has been at least 2 weeks since I had taken the medication. I had PID and still have minor pains.  My partner gave me oral sex. Should I be worried?

I'm a female. My sexual partners are men. Can oral chlamydia become vaginal chlamydia? I had protected sex but unprotected oral sex with one person who I suspect had chlamydia, and then I had unprotected sex with 2 other people who today claim to be clean and I'm having a hard time believing them....
