Can I reinfect myself with a yeast infection if I masturbate during treatment?

I was diagnosed with a yeast infection and was giving an oral tablet to cure. I masterbated 2 days later, when I was starting to feel normal again, and felt a little irritated the next day. Could I have reinfected myself?
