PLEASE ADVISE

I HAVE MULTIPLE KNOTS UNDER SKIN AND THEY CAN HURT WHEN TOUCHED. MOSTLY ON THIGHS, ARMS, AND RIB CAGE. COULD THESE BE SOME KIND OF CANCER? ALSO MY BLOOD VESSELS STICK WAY OUT AND ARE UNSIGHTLY. THINGS JUST DO NOT LOOK NORMAL, AND DO NOT FEEL NORMAL! SHOULD I SEE A DOCTOR ABOUT THIS? PLEASE...

weird formation on my chest and arms

hey, i have this weird formation on my chest. ITS FIVE LITTLE BUMPS YOU CAN BARELY feel it and there clumped together into something like a star formation. it doesn't itch or nothing, i see a couple more on my arm but i dont know. can anyone help me or am i not describing it well enough.
