Skin Problem (Black mark on my lips)

I have got black marks on my lips just where my buccinator muscles are found (on the outside ofcourse), on both parts. My lips look like streched which I really find unpleasant :-(. Does anyone know any solution to that? Do u think I should go to a dermatologist? Pls do advice thanks a million.
