I have these bumps on my fingers and forarm in which are very itchy. After scratching them they turn into blister. What are they and what can I do to stop the itch and prevent from spreading.

Causes of welts

Hey, I have a question. When I woke up this morning, my left forearm was covered with welts. They are reddish and are not painful but feels itch pretty much. This never happened to me before. Is anyone familiar with causes of these welts?

I have red bumps all over my penis caused by using softsheen-Carson magic shaving powder,  I used methylated powder after shaving but the itching continued which lead to the bumps
