Red dots all by my knee but the other is totally fine it's is my right leg?

hand break out

Hi i use to work at a rest- and we use santizer it have been 5 months. Sence i work there but my hands still breaks out they start out with small fine bumps. Then pus comes from them and it itch so bad after it hills the dead skin peels and it stars all over again.
