Two raised welts that itch but don't hurt just on my shoulder blades after I tan

so just wondering why do I get a welt type spot on each shoulder blade after using a tanning bed?  They itch like crazy for about 1 day then goes away. But it's just on my shoulder blades. Any help would be helpful.
