Red Patches on my back..

Red Patches on my back, they don't itch. However, they are quite reddish. On my chest I do have small acne type dots (Slightly bigger). I have been taking antibiotics to cure them but it does not seem to work out. Also, if someone has a homemade remedy or medicine, then please let me know.
