I'm three weeks post diagnoses of shingles and the pain is getting worse. I took the antiviral and steroids fthe first week And I started taking them the first day of the outbreak. When does the pain get better. The doctor said it was a level T1 but now my trunk front and back throb all the time....

fingertips r extremely swollen W tiny blisterlike rash

red w/ tiny blisterlike rash on fingertips have swollen to extreme pain in 3 days. Dermotologist prescribed a medrol pack over phone.{4mg} The rash and swelling have started in L. hand today. Any ideas? Have only been taking the meds for 8 hrs. so far.
