Who decides what's fashionable. I just spent the last 2 years growing my bangs out and now "they" want me to cut bangs back into my hair. Why do they do this to us??? Well, another fashion trend I'm going against. I'm not cutting bangs. I know the minute I do they'll say bangs are out of style.
