I am feeling sick and I have stomach pains

These last few days I have been vomiting at night, my stomach hurts and grumbles alot and so do my bowels (my bowels don't hurt though) I had a drink of water and it made it worse! Please help I cant put up with it. Ps, I ain't pregnant I'm almost 13

Hi I've had this for a while almost a year. Basically my upper abdominal area pulsates or twitches at the same time as my pulse when I put my fingers on my neck to see my pulse rate.
