Why do I always feel sick when I stand up or move about after eating a meal?

Right so recently (past month or so) every time i stand or move after i've eaten a meal I always feel sick and have a belly cramp! Why is this? I weigh 9 stone and in 5ft 3in if thats any help? I'm really worried that somethings wrong with me!! please help!!
