I could use an advice

Hi, whenever I am under stress my ulcer reworks. I am not the only person who reacts to stress with stomach. How can I deal with this issue?

vomitting with nausea

Last night I took something equivalent to an aspirin for a headache and this morning I was nauseuated and then I vomitted. I was also light headed and a little disoriented. I go in and out of sleep for only minutes at a time. And I keep itching.
