Shortness of breath an belching

For some time now I have had shortness of breath. It is not all the time. Sometimes I get effected by a small amount of physical effort other times it effects me when I exert myself fully. I also have a feeling of a lump in my throat with alot of gas after eating.

nausea with dry mouth, shaking and vomiting

i feel nausea almost every day, a few times a day. im 16 and very active. when i feel like im going to be sick, my mouth gets very dry and i get a weird taste. i also get very shakey and vomit sometimes. any ideas as to what has been causing that? its been getting worse.
