Constant Gas and Growling Stomch

For the past 6 months I've had a loud growling stomach throughtout the day accompanied by excessive gas. Overall I feel fine, but the gas seems never ending. Anyone else experience this, and have any ideas of how to solve this problem?

Over the last month I have notice my weight increasing and my stomach is constantly bloated. I am 71 years old. I work out 5/6 times a week - very active. I still work and I am a very healthy eater. What could be causing this? V :O)

i can not eat ....

stomach neuropathy

I am in terrible condition. I have pains in my stomach, I tend to vomit a lot and it seems that I can't eat anything. The neurologist had made diagnose of stomach neuropathy. But he has just diagnosed it and he did not treat it. I would like to know what food to avoid in my condition?
