Warm water with freshly squeezed lemon calmed down my intestinal pain

Just wanted to give an update, yesterday I tried drinking warm water, with a freshly squeeze lemon. And it seems to have calmed down my intestinal pain. I still don't know what I have, just happy I got a little relief from horrible pain. This may help with the inflammation. Hope this helps someone
