I have been have chronic nausea, tired, lightheaded all the time. it come randomness and i am not pregnant. i am just trying to figure out what is going on. i never vomit either just constant nausea.

Feels like a blockage!

It starts with my stomach feeling full and distending, I have colic pains, I feel hot and clamy. I want and do eventually throw up and poop at the same time. Vomit comes out with great force so does the other end! After all is over and done I feel fine. This has happened four times in two years....
