My stomache hurts from the front where my bellybuttons is and all around on right to the back spinal

couple weeks ago i have seen my mother in law with these stomach pains and back pain and when see go and see the doctor they say it is nothing but then give her alot of pills........ she said that sometimes she can't feel it and become numb at times please help!

pain and diareah
