stomach flu symptoms lasting more than 5 days

For 5 days now I have been experiencing stomach flu like symptoms...had diahrea for two days and now haven't had a bowel movement in two days...also been feeling very very nausious and physically tired...especially after eating! Could that be something serious lasting this long...I'm never sick...

I was diagnosed peptic ulcer caused by pilori bacterium. I’ve heard that it may be contracted through food or water. I have abdominal pain that usually occurs after meal. I’ve got omeprazole and amoxicilline. I feel nausea and dizziness, and headaches occur temporary too.
