Abdominal lump, 8 inches long and no pain

I have recently found a lumo from my diaphram to my centre of my tummy .This lump is about 8 inches long and aroind 3-4inches in diameter i have no pain .When i do exercisi it protrudes like an alien .

My 13 year old daughter has had severe nausea 24/7 for over two months now. It's worse in the mornings. She's not sexually active. She's usually a social butterfly and full of life, but this has taken her down. She is on Protonix and a nausea dissolving pill. Hardly touches it. Any suggestions?
