Hello, I'm starting to get a little worried, my fiance wakes up every morning with stomach aches and in need to use the bathroom first thing in the morning, at first I didn't think much of it but that he had a good digestive system, until I noticed that it kept ongetting worst, he is really sensitive to lactose and he does stay away from it all, but he has been getting stomach aches with heart burn and vomiting almost on daily basis and I have no idea what could be wrong with him, he is not loosing any weight so that's a good sign at least.
