Stomach problems

I have very painful Stomach cramps every 2-3 weeks

Have celiac disease and adhere to gluten free diet. However, get extreme bloating and feel like stomach tied in knot and painful cramps about once every 2-3 weeks. Seems to have no pattern. Lasts about a day (or night). When over no side effects.

Vomiting During Eating, I have no pain or diarrhea and I feel good

This week, I began vomiting while eating and once the middle of the night. I was eating chicken and rice broccoli casserole once and in the other instance I had eaten pizza. Then just last night I vomited in the middle of the night. I have no pain or diarrhea and feel good otherwise.
