My endoscopy was fine, biopsies fine, pages of blood work, fine. Even my colonoscopy was fine minus a couple very small polyps. But, the top of my stomach still hurts--since April, in fact. It feels like a little buring with dull pain. It's never so bad that I can't stand it. Eating helps it dissipate after a while usually. But, it is wearing on me and making me feel a little down and somewhat worried. I take Nexium every day and have been for several years--as well as vitamins. I also have IBS, but it's my understanding that IBS does not affect the upper middle section of the stomach. I made an appt with a new specialist and hope they will be willing to work with me to find the cause. In the meantime, please tell me if you have these symptoms and what you know about it.
