i've lost my appetite for food and sometimes i throw up. i've had my period for 3 weeks now, i have diarrhea, i'm always thirsty and always feeling tired no matter how much sleep i get anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Two nights ago I woke up with excruciating pain in my lower right abdomen.  I vomited all night, and other unpleasant things.  I asked for an ambulance but I don't want to talk about why I didn't get one.  So I felt slightly better the next day, and slightly better today....
