21 inches intestines removed, is there any hope that the bloating will go down?

Ive had the same issues after 21 inches removed and have the long vertical scar from breast to pelvic mound with the butt scar in the front. Is there any hope that the bloating goes down and that the butt can be fixed by cosmetic surgery?
