I have a sharp pain in my stomach!

I have a sharp pain on the left side of my stomach, I also feel very weak and I get dizzy when i stand up and almost feel like I may faint. I am also very nauseous. I am going to go to the hospital shortly I just have to wait for my children to get back from school. I am just very concerned!

I am 18, and I have been having trouble eating on and off for the past year. But recently I haven't really gotten hungry in a few months. Then 2 days ago I started realizing that now when I do eat something it gives me a bad stomachache. I am not sure what it could be. Help?
