i suffer with stomach cramps but few months ago i was lay on my back and was pressin down on my stomach and i felt a lump but the strange thing was that a felt a strong pulse/heartbeat,i've lost loads of wieght and can feel things i've never felt in my body before so i dont know if this is normal or not.
