Post-Norovirus recovery, my abdomen is distended, gassy and very sore

I am a 56 year old woman and had Norovirus over a week ago. I am back to eating a normal diet, but my abdomen is distended, gassy and very sore. Is it normal to take so long? I've not had recovery from a stomach bug last this long. Suggestions?
