Recently I've been feeling sick just before going to sleep. I don't know what causes it but I think it's something to do with periods. I definitely get it when I am on the week before I'm on my period and during it.
I help it by first of all going to the toilet. Then open a window to make the room cooler and then something with a lavender scent. I use a bar of soap because it's all I have but I'll definitely look into some essential oils. I would also recommend something warm like a hot water bottle. When I use a hot water bottle, I wrap it in a tea towel then place it on my bed, somewhere I can easily hug it. I only use it when I'm on a period.
