after i eat anything 20 to 30 mins later it will either belch its was back up into my mouth. *gross party coming* ive had this go on for as long as i can remember, im 24, but normally when it comes up ill just chew it up and swallow it again. a few days ago I either got the stomach bug, food poisoning, or had acid reflux

I am 18 and a few days ago I either got the stomach bug, food poison, or had acid reflux, still can't choose which one it was. Movement in upper intestines area.

I just felt movement in my upper intestines area on left and right sides. Im getting ready to drink a mixture of coconut oil, garlic and cayenne pepper just in case it is parasites. I never had this problem until a few years ago.
