sickness and abdo pain

my husband has been diagnosed with a hiatus hernia and GORD. he constantly vomits and is always in pain. doctors prescribed him lansoprazole 30 mg, cyclizine and folic acid. nothing works and he is in and out of hospital. numerous endoscopys, pH tests, xrays but nothing.

I've been nauseous for almost everyday for nearly 4 years.

I just want to know why this is happening and what I can do about it. I'm miserable. I'm nauseous nearly everyday. The only patterns I've noticed are that it's worse in the winter and better if I sleep in till around twelve pm.
