Having difficulties putting a new pic up please help

New notifications to keep track

I post a lot on here and answer a lot of questions and concerns and it becomes very hard to keep track when people respond after me. What I am suggesting is maybe have a notification bar that tells you when this happens.

Topic does not exist?
