I have a CD that I have been, totally at my own expense, copying and mailing out to fellow Vietnam veterans and widows. It contains the 43 written pages of my oral testimony before the Institute of Medicine Agent Orange Committee in Chicago on November 4, 2010. It has been used to support numerous claims for disability and widows benefits with Veterans' Affairs.
Since the forum does not allow individuals to communicate directly, how about I send you the CD, you make copies as needed and you mail them?
I have seen this twice before, where a group does not allow members to communicate except through the group; yet, it never ceases to amaze me. What is a forum for, if not to help the participants?
