quick discomfort in testicle

im 15 and have had no sexual experience and have recently found a largeish bump on my left testicle. When i found this i went to my doctors and he said it was just a cyst. a month on it has become bigger and i get short discomforts down there. Anybody know what i should do?

left testicle is about 2x bigger than the right one

My left testicle is about 2x bigger than the right one. You can't tell it by look, but definitely by feel. There's also a very small bump close to the top of the testicle when I feel it but I read that's normal I think. Should I be worried?
