dibilitating pain at base of neck upon ejaculation

I can feel it coming on when nearing ejaculation. Upon ejaculation the pain at top of neck and base of skull and to behind ears is crippling and present but fading for 30 min. This makes round 2 totally out of the question and the thought of nxt time not very appealing.
