Need opinions and info

My left testical feels like its twitching or something,very small and hard to nitice but when laying in bed or something I can feel it.This just started yesterday. Can anyone explain what this is or if its anything I should get checked out.is this normal

Testicular swelling

I am suffering from testicular swelling with pain.Both testes swells but after ejaculation it comes back to their normal size and i feel relax.Normally after 3/4 days when i have sexual desire they swells along with inflamation in my urinary tract and pain in back bone. Kindly help me.

i have a knot on my left testicle.

i'm 16 years old and a few days ago i noticed a knot/lump, kind of like a marble, on my left testicle. it's gotten bigger as the days have past. also my semen is a clear yellow color and has, what i think to be, blood in it. what could be wrong?

a few months ago i strained my self using ankle weights and my left testicle got bigger and the right one got smaller at frist it pain me but it stop now and my testicle never went back how can i fix this please help

I find one testical is larger than the other, and I was told I might even be a diabetic for I have numbness in both toes , both feet, I am a Vet and have had some ugly experices with doctors and don't want to see any but I still I am going have to , to feel good this is on going for almost 3 yrs....

Ball on my epididymis?

at the end of my epididymis on left testicle there is some kind of ball attached to the epididymis. its also seems to be attached to the testicle itself, maybe by just a cord, im not sure. it hurts to squeeze, and seems the same structure as the epididymis. what could it be? :S

i first started to get like little bumps around my head then i notice a lump on my testical 2 years later it was just growing now its spreading to my other testical and i always feel a pain from my testical to my side of the stomach somethimes i get a little pain when i urinate
