Right testicle larger than left

Ever since I could remember (or at least I believe so) my right testicle would on some occassions be larger than my left, there are days when it's normal size, and then there are days when it's large. I had an ultrasound on it, but I never got a reply or my results told to me.

red scrotum sac

i just noticed my scrotum sac is red and kinda dry and a little wrinkled. it does not burn or have any bumps or any pain. Is it safe to say this may be just a heat rash from me going on a run wearing compression shorts?

Bumps on scrotum

I have skin/flesh-colored bumps on my balls, and have had them since about age 15 or so, long before I had any sort of sexual contact with women or even petting etc. They seem like pimples but don't pop and don't hurt and aren't sore. Is this normal?

Removal of one testicle

One of my grandson's testicles is going to be removed (he is 18 months) due to atrophy; we were told that the blood supply to it had been blocked, hence the atrophy; removal is required as there is a high incidence of cancer. Anyone have info on what might have caused this?
