My problem is that my right testicle is much smaller than the left..and it really hurts bad when i touch it..It is very sensitive to touch, including accidental touch by movement...Can you suggest possible problems and remedies?

Top side of scrotum feels mooshy!

The testicles feel fine, i feel no lumps or anything but the skin above my left one feels mooshy. The feeling is like when you just got out of the dentist, and you feel your cheeks full of Novocaine; it has that mooshy feeling. How serious is this, or can i just let it go and it will heal by it...
