When I woke up this morning my right testicle was sore and had a dull pain when I touch it. It is not bigger than the other testicle there is no swelling. I do feel a little tiny ball/lump that close to the Epididymis and when I try to touch it it hurts.

So, my testicles were acting very weird yesterday. I felt some pain in my left testicle so I went to check and both of my testicles were contracted so much that I couldn't see them. And I'm facing the same problem today. And my left testicle still hurts a little. Should I be worried ?
