I have varicose veins and bilateral varicocle im 20 years old i had first inguinal surgery just had embolization but my throbbing pains on the right keep botherig me whats going on i been doctors back and forth :/

Hey...I just wanna ask. Is it normal for someone to get diarrhea when they lay on their stomach and their testicles are squished slightly, or even if they bump their testicles just a little, they get diarrhea? Cause to me, it doesn't seem normal and I'm not sure how to fix it.
