Pea sized lump on the underside of my scrotum, not attached to the testicle, should I have it looked at or is it nothing serious? I am 16 and not sexually active, however I have shaved my scrotum recently but it does not appear to be similar to the usual irritation.

Pimple like bumps on but under my scrodum and thay itch and are a little painful I am not active at sex and have not been for over a year and half and they just appeared I have been treating them with cortazon 10 for the itch ,but the bumps have not gon away
