3 Testicles?

So, I was giving my boyfriend a testicle massage because he accidentally bagged himself. And I noticed that he has two normal sized testicles and then a little one in the left sac. He says that he's always had it and he finds it normal, well, is that normal? Has anyone else noticed this or just me?
