Hey, I just noticed this "patch" of small red bumps on the side of my ball sack. I have a yeast infection and just started to use something new to neutralize it. These bumps are a bit irritated. Anyone know what it is or what I should do?

Tingling sensation inside penis

Discoloration of my semen

I had phimosis till 15 when i retracted the forskin and obvs cleaned it and have kept my penis clean since. but since i can remember I have had a red area around the penis tip almost like blistery skin. other day my girlfreind noticed a smallish lump on my skin of my left testicle, its external and just looks like a red spot, i gave it a squeeze but it just hurt, so i left it, still no sign of clearing now and im kinda worried as to what it could be.....
