For the past few weeks i have been suffering from a numb feeling in my testicles

For the past few weeks i have been suffering from a numb feeling in my testicles. It is not constant, and only happens once every few days. I'm slightly worried about this. I am 18 years old and in good health apart for this problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
