discoloration of testicals

As I was changing cloths I noticed that my testicals had a funny color to them almost like a bruise. They do not hurt. not enlarged, no lumps just discoloration. Is thisa normal should I consult a doctor. Please let me know. Thank you, John Rogow

White bump

Hello, I am to embarrassed to ask my mom to take me to the doctor.. it's kind of weird.. but I am 15, never had sex, and have a white kind of itchy bump no my sac... It has itched in that spot many times before.. but not until now did the bump come up.. I am worried.. What could it be???
