my balls are blue

yes they are blue, but they do not hurt like regular blue balls. They are just blue and don't hurt. I don't get aroused often and for long enough to have blue balls so i'm really confused on why they are blue now. any ideas?

the lower left region of my sack is cracking and peeling.

the left side of my sack itches frequently and badly and the skin cracks and peels in just that area. the skin is very sensative when it cracks and sometimes lightly bleeds.
